Perfekte Organisation und keine Wartezeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden und kaum weiter als 50 Meter. Personal höflich, organisiert und aufeinander eingespielt. War selbst 3 x dort und Begleitperson in 6 Fällen: nicht einmal gab es Wartezeiten über 3 Minuten oder sonst Kritik. MIL ist perfekt organisiert!

Am Empfang und der Anmeldung ist das Team des Impfzentrums Nett und Hilfsbereit gewesen! Die Impfung selbst war schmerzfrei und flott durchgeführt worden. Frau Dr. H. und ihr Kollege war sehr kompetent , freundlich und haben verständlich erklärt und sorgfältig aufgeklärt , wie es sich auch normalerweise gehört ( aber anderswo leider selten so ausgeführt wird ). 15 Minuten Beobachtung und dann ab nachhause! Wir waren sehr zufrieden👍🏼

Eine absolute Frechheit was sich der Mitarbeiter am sogenannten Telefon zum Planen von impfterminen erlaubt. Meine Schwiegermutter ist 73 Jahre alt und kann sich nicht online anmelden. Leider können wir uns auch nicht mehr anmelden und das passwort zurück setzen funktioniert auch nicht. Und der Mitarbeiter am Telefon sieht es nicht für nötig zu helfen, nein im Gegenteil, wir konnten keinen Termin (3 Impfung) für eine 73 jährige Person machen, das grenzt teilweise an unterlassener hilfeleistung... wir haben in dieser Woche 2 x versucht einen Termin zu bekommen und 2 x wurde von dem Mitarbeiter des impfzentrum Miltenberg das Gespräch beendet, einfach aufgelegt, das geht gar nicht.. Geht mega schnell. Mega freundliches Personal. Bei der ersten Impfung sehr Nette Ärztin, bei der 2. Impfung ein Arzt der nur auf seinem Handy rumgetippt hat und keinen Ton gesagt hat. Hat auch sehr weh getan und stark geblutet. Aber es ist rum und alles erledigt.

Hatte gerade ein Telefonat mit ein Mann ,der war sehr unhöflich , hatte das Gefühl das er null bock hat auf sein job ,herablassend noch dazu. Ich kann mich nicht online registrieren und dachte über das Telefon würde mir geholfen werden ,falsch gedacht Ich lass mich gar nicht mehr impfen .
